While completing her BA in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy, she studied abroad in South Africa and Jerusalem. Annie enjoys spending time outside of work with her six housemates, trying food from around the world, painting, and hiking.

Sarah Halligan will be working with students from East Asia and the Pacific as well as South Asia as a Program Associate. She is currently based in Arlington, VA and originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. Sarah’s background is in a combination of higher education (specifically working for university housing) and immigration law, most recently working as a paralegal helping people get their green cards.
